Privacy Policy

This page explains what information anvelit.com collects, how it is used, and how to contact us about it.

Draft — pending legal review.

This policy was drafted from an inspection of this website’s actual code and data flows. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer or approved as a final compliance document. Treat it as an accurate starting point, not a substitute for professional legal advice. Items that need a decision from Anvelit or its legal counsel are marked below.

What this site collects

anvelit.com does not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking script. We confirmed this by inspecting the site’s source code, not by assumption. The only information this site collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, work email address, role, phone number, the product or service you’re interested in, and your message.

How it is used

Contact form submissions are transmitted by email, via Amazon Web Services (AWS Simple Email Service), to Anvelit’s own inbox. The form itself does not write your submission to a database — there is no customer or lead database behind this website. We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry.

Who can see it

Your submission is sent directly to Anvelit’s contact address (support@anvelit.com) and is visible to the Anvelit team who handle enquiries. It passes through AWS infrastructure in transit. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long it is kept

Needs a decision from Anvelit: this website does not define a specific retention period for contact-form emails, because retention is a mailbox and business-process decision, not something enforced by the website itself. Until a retention schedule is set, treat submissions as kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry and for Anvelit’s own business records, and deleted on request (see below).

Security

Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection via AWS infrastructure. Anvelit’s Trust Center describes our broader security posture and its current status. We do not duplicate those claims here — refer to that page as the current source of truth, since it is updated as our posture changes.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@anvelit.com. Because there is no database behind this site, this generally means deleting the relevant email from our inbox.

Needs a decision from Anvelit: if Anvelit serves visitors in jurisdictions with specific statutory rights (for example the EU/UK GDPR or Australian Privacy Act), those rights should be itemised here by counsel once the company’s actual customer base and data flows (beyond this website) are known. The Trust Center currently states an Australian Privacy Act and GDPR posture; this page should be aligned with that work once it is finalised.

Children

This site is intended for business contacts and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If how this site collects or uses information changes — for example, if analytics or a CRM integration is added — this page should be updated to reflect that before the change ships, not after.

Contact

Questions about this policy: support@anvelit.com. Registered business address: 10 Radiance Link, Atwell, Perth, Western Australia 6164.

Needs a decision from Anvelit: this page uses the trading name and address already published elsewhere on this site. It does not state a registered legal entity name or company/ABN number, because none appears in the website’s content — confirm the correct registered entity details with counsel before this page is treated as final.
